What a refreshing Change! When you order from our site you agree to our terms and conditions detailed below. General Change Trains aim to dispatch goods within 72 working hours of receipt of your order, providing the item is in stock. You will be advised of any delays in your order as soon as possible, if an item is out of stock for any reason we aim to dispatch the goods to you within 7 working days. We can confirm stock status over the telephone or by e-mail if you require this. We make every effort to ensure dispatch within the above timescales but we can not guarantee these and will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused to you by later than normal delivery. Prior to dispatch of your order from Change Trains you can cancel your order at anytime and a refund will be given- but this can only be done prior to dispatch and we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for this. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item we will contact you as soon as we are aware of the situation and offer you a full refund, an alternative product or we can give you an approximate dispatch date depending on stocks available from our suppliers. You will not be charged an administration fee if we are unable to supply your order. At busy times especially around Christmas, we appreciate that you will want orders for a specific dates, at Change Trains we will do as much as we can to get your order to you on time, if you need an order for a specific date or urgently, please let us know and we will endevour to meet your requirements. Our Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction from any person and for whatever reason at our discretion. Safety Some items we sell at Change Trains are only suitable for certain age groups and may not be suitable for children, you are advised to check the safety notes/ instructions provided by the manufacturer which will be provided within/ on the packaging of the goods you have ordered before using the product or allowing children to remove the packaging. General After your order has been despatched by us we can not be held responsible for any item being damaged, going missing or being delayed in the post. If you require confirmation of your order within the post you must contact us before proceeding to the shopping basket. All orders are despatched using a Recorded or Signed for Service using either Royal Mail or ANC (you will need someone to sign for your delivery) however if you want to upgrade your Postage & Packing you will need to upgrade it, following the instructions below. Please contact us if you wish to select Next Day Delivery with ANC Express instead of standard delivery before proceeding to the shopping basket. There is an extra cost for this service and will require a signature to confirm delivery.You will need to go to product search then type in CT1111 and add the delivery to the shopping basket. Orders over £50.00 to be delivered within the Wyre Forest area (Kidderminster, Bewdley or Stourport-on-Severn in Worcestershire. DY10,DY11,DY12 & DY13 Postcodes) will be delivered FREE of charge- subject to availability. Postage & Packing will be refunded on delivery. Methods of ordering Order Online, Over the Phone (Using a credit or debit card or by posting a cheque)or By post (Using the printed off order form and sending your card details or cheque through the post) Overseas Mail Order Please note at present we DO NOT process overseas orders and can only supply mail order services to UNITED KINGDOM addresses. Minimum Orders At present Change Trains operates a minimum order value of £5.00 + Postage and Packing. Returns Policy Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, accessories missing etc. will not be replaced or credited. Similarly any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
